We honor culinary traditions and offer familiar favorites while embracing the creativity and individuality that is a signature of all of Enzian. We produce much of our menu in-house with an unwavering commitment to quality ingredients, choosing to work with independent businesses, farmers, brewers, and artisans, locally whenever possible. We hope to serve you good food, well made, with no short cuts.
