Jews and Baseball: An American Love Story

This “fascinating, moving, and hard-hitting examination of integration through sports” (The Jerusalem Post) portrays the contributions of Jewish major leaguers and the special meaning that baseball has had in the lives of American Jews.  Narrated by Dustin Hoffman and much more than just a film about sports, this is a beautifully made story of immigration, assimilation, bigotry, heroism, the passing on of traditions, and the shattering of stereotypes.
